Stucco projects are highly specialized and therefore, have special needs. When painting stucco, it is important to pick the right paint finish for the job. In this blog Peak Pro will let you in on the biggest mistake you can make when painting stucco homes. Why you should never use a satin or high gloss […]
We do quite a bit of work for property management companies. Most of the properties we have worked on are close to the downtown area. The buildings are historic, and we take great care maintaining the integrity of these types of buildings.
A Job Site Supervisor is assigned to oversee your entire painting project from start to finish. Your Job Site Supervisor will keep you informed on the status of the project and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We strive to keep an open line of communication and information between our employees and you.
Cal’s professionalism and honesty were the reason Eco Paint was selected. They did not disappoint in the execution of the work. They were prompt, professional, and the end result is a beautifully painted exterior of the highest quality. Thanks Cal for a job well done. Jeremy
Eco Paint was very reliable, prompt, and professional with the work they did. We had our ceilings scraped, repaired, and repainted and they were courteous and prompt. I would recommend Eco Paint to anyone looking for a reliable painting company.
I must have gotten a bad crew. They completely missed numerous spots near my front door which are the most visible so I was surprised they didn’t take extra care there. I will attach pictures where they missed painting around the doorbell, where the deck they painted peeled within months, where they didn’t paint around the banister (again by the front door), and where they spilled paint on my front porch. I also had large patches of paint strip off my garage door within a few days because they left the tape on the garage door. When I peeled off the tape, the paint came with it too. It took weeks and weeks and weeks of phone calls and nagging to get them to come back. It was a terrible eyesore for so long, and my neighbors kept asking when the painters were coming back. I did not not have a good experience with paint Denver, although their owner is a great salesman and very likeable.
Did you just finish your home renovation and realize that there is cured paint spatters all over your brick wall? Yikes! If there is old, dried paint on brick there is not much you can do without the risk of damaging the bricks. The question you must ask yourself is; is damaging the brick worth the risk? […]
But before delving into that, would first like to mention we know having your home painted is somewhat an inconvenience, more so for interiors than exteriors. Putting ourselves in your shoes, we are aware having workers in or around your home is somewhat inconvenience. So therefore we roll our sleeves up, and get the painting project done, without any down time, unless weather permitting of course. This is why we like looking at the forecast for a window of time, painting the outside siding and trim. Also working full days inside your home, getting a lot accomplished until the interior paint job is completed.

If a quote seems high, ask the contractor what is increasing the price point. Perhaps it’s something that can be negotiated, or maybe this business is just overpricing their services. On the other hand, be skeptical of any price points that seem unfathomably low. There could be a reason their prices are below the industry norm – perhaps their quality standards are uncommonly low, too.
No matter the reason, Eco Paint is a full service, independent paint contractor servicing, both interior and exterior painting jobs. Painting contract services also include pricing, estimating, scheduling, sampling, preparation, inspecting, continuous clean up, work safety, to paint finals. Having your home painted inside and out, is what your house painting contractor does on a daily basis, to afford you with the greatest turn-key results.
Does your house have any wood boards that need to be replaced? If so, of course we can take care of it, but that will factor into the cost. We can’t paint over rotten or failing boards because the paint won’t adhere properly.

Cal and his team were great and I am very happy with their work. They delivered a results with our interior work and the service surpassed expectations from beginning to end. I happily recommend Cal and would use him again. Chris
When embarking on a project as big as painting your home, it’s important to know ahead of time what kind of quality you can expect the painters you hire. Don’t settle for the first one you find or the cheapest option. Instead, do your homework to be sure that you hire a trustworthy professional who knows how to paint a house well.
Via Yelp, Paint Denver responded almost immediately and made an appointment to evaluate my house the next day. The owner/manager, the very professional and articulate Rob Peterson, arrived right on time and while walking the house, explained their entire approach and gave a very competitive price. I was immediately impressed! I committed on the spot and their scheduler called me within the hour.

HomeAdvisor concurs with the homeowners above. Talking to multiple contractors is the best way to ensure you get the best work at the best price. In addition, doing a little research by checking out references and ratings is the only guarantee that you’ll get the kind of quality paint job that Front Range homes require. You’re going to need a painter that is as reliable as Colorado’s weather is unpredictable. Going through a proven referral service, and doing your own legwork to confirm that your contractor has earned a good name for himself, is the best way to get an exterior paint job that will defy the odds and protect your Denver area home for years into the future.
The health and safety of our painters, you, and your home is our priority. The Imhoff team adheres to all OSHA safety standards and is EPA lead-safe certified to work safely and in compliance where lead paint is discovered. We use negative air machines, HEPA filtered sanders and vacuums, tack-mats and containment sheeting to minimize the spread of dust or debris.
The first thing you’ll do when hiring a painter is request quotes from three or four in your area. If you reach out to too many, you’ll wind up wasting time narrowing down your list; too few and you may not end up with the best quality or right price.
We contracted with Paint Denver for our townhouse which was in dire need of a refresh. David was great to work with during the estimate process. We got quotes from 3 different groups and he got us where we needed to be.
For 22 years when you hire ‘A to Z’ to paint your house in Highlands Ranch or Denver Colorado you are hiring 100% english speaking Americans. We do not sub-contract anything-ever. Are you kiddin’ me – trust my name and quality to outsiders no way – no how – no thanks. Therefore we get better not bigger.
I assume I got an inexperienced crew–most looked like they were in high school, someone who looked to be the age of my fifteen year old was the only one who could communicate with me, and on the last day it seemed like someone’s whole family showed up to get the job done.
Bought a home and wanted to get the cabinets and living room painted before we moved in. Contacted Paint Denver/Rob and immediately received a quote and had the guys working on the house the next day. The job was finished quickly and it looked great!
Finally, last fall on 3 different occasions I had a booked a paint firm and they simply didn’t show up. Then I booked another…then another. Same result. They said “were too busy”. I decided to sell my house this Spring and made 6 requests to different paint firms. One firm responded, “too busy” while the other 4 simply did not respond at all.
