I could not be more impressed with this company! I received several bids  from different paint companies in Denver. We are really pleased with their work and highly recommend them. They did what they said they were going to do (exceeded our expectations), and worked consistently, carefully, respectfully, and professionally. They started soon after we contacted them and stayed with our project until it was completed (4+ days, including over the weekend). They were very responsive to all of our questions; they gave us great customer service and a professional paint job. We are in the construction business and generally do all our own home maintenance, so we were nervous about hiring someone else to do this work. The rotting wood in the half-timbering near the roofline (next to stucco) was not something we knew how to deal with, so that’s why we initially contracted with them. Also, they came recommended to us by another contractor who uses them; it meant a lot to have a recommendation from another professional in the field. Once they started working on our home, we liked their work so we continued to expand the scope of the project (from the house/garage to also the deck and extensive fence). The first day after painting our brand new remodeled house, I came home to bags of food trash and drinks all over our living room. My brand new fridge had a scratch and paint on it. There was a boot foot print on my new countertops. Paint was on my bedroom comforter (didn’t find until a couple days after the paint job was over). We specifically asked for primer on all the fresh drywall to help match sheens. This was not done and as a result, you can see the patched in dry wall in the right light. Overall the paint job looks pretty good, but I am disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and the care they had for our home.

I was in a rush to get my home on the market and they accommodated me. While we had beautiful warm weather prior, cold and snow moved in making it literally impossible to paint to assure a lasting paint job.  They communicated with me every day and prepped/painted on the permissible days.  Lead painter, Carlos and his crew showed up exactly on time and worked long hours.  Every morning, Carlos let me know they were there and asked if I had any concerns.  They carefully draped and constantly cleaned up after themselves leaving not a trace that they were there. The end paint job is gorgeous!  My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!

My experience with Provider name locked. was great!  Provider name locked. (the owner) was very fast to answer and respond to my phone calls.  I got an estimate just a few days after he came by and saw my old kitchen.  His ideas were great and really got me excited to get the project going.  As soon as i signed the contract, he sent me to his design center where i picked out the tile floors, granite for the counters, and tile for the back splash.  After a day of guys coming to measure for granite, tile, appliances etc. work was underway.  I was worried about being inconvenienced by the mess and not having a kitchen for some time, but Provider name locked. and his crew were very clean, prompt and did not waste anytime.  They worked well around my busy family and dogs, and aside from the occasional bang, were almost unnoticeable. The installment payments were very manageable (3 payments, 1 upon start, 2 after cabinets were hung, and the third when my kitchen was done and I was happy.  Provider name locked. was around for the entire project making sure everyone including me and my family knew what was going on and when things would be getting done.  At the end of each day Provider name locked. cleaned up the mess from that day, as well as gave me progress reports.  The quality of the work is amazing, and it is hard to believe that it is already done, and was so reasonably priced!!!

If a quote seems high, ask the contractor what is increasing the price point. Perhaps it’s something that can be negotiated, or maybe this business is just overpricing their services. On the other hand, be skeptical of any price points that seem unfathomably low. There could be a reason their prices are below the industry norm – perhaps their quality standards are uncommonly low, too.
